Babies!!!

Anderson is napping right now, so I am going to try to post a few things I have been meaning to get up for a while now!!


Our small group leaders, Stephen and Elizabeth, welcomed a little girl last Friday. Sophia Noelle will be joining big brother Brennan and older sister Bella. A small group is kind of like a Sunday school class, except we meet on Sunday nights and eat dinner at each others homes. Stephen and Elizabeth used to host at their home, but Elizabeth was on bedrest so we started going over to the Lowery's instead. We are so glad that Sophia is here and safe. She is beautiful!


Another friend of mine welcomed a baby this week as well! Karen and I went through middle and high school together and undergrad at Alabama. She moved to Augusta Georgia for a few years to complete her residency in Dermatology. Now that she is "Dr. Walker" she has moved back home to Tuscaloosa. She and her husband Jonathan have one son named John who is 22 months and now welcome baby James Wheat Walker to the world!! He is perfect just like his mommy.
She is one of those rare people that has it all going for her...she is beautiful...like Ms. America beautiful... and smart i.e. the whole Doctor thing, and most importantly she is the nicest person you will ever meet! James is lucky to have such a great mommy!


Jeff was nice enough to let me drop Anderson by his office for a few minutes so that I could go and visit Karen and James. When I got back to pick him up he was siting in a big boy chair...too cute!
